Our Gymnastics Classes

Tryst Gymnastics Club, established 2010 and located in Falkirk offers a pathway in gymnastics starting at Beginner level, progressing to Advanced with an opportunity for our talented participants to showcase their skills in a competitive environment.

Beginner Class

Our beginner-friendly gymnastics classes for boys and girls are designed to introduce participants to the exciting world of gymnastics. From cartwheels to balance beams, we focus on building a strong foundation. Led by experienced coaches, this 60 minute class provides a safe and supportive environment for learners of all ages.

Advanced Class

Embark on an exhilarating journey in our advanced gymnastics class! Refine your existing floor and vault skills and learn new ones. This 90 minute class allows the gymnast to explore the beam and uneven bars, precision and artistry take center stage. Join us to elevate your gymnastics prowess!

Competitive Team

Selection is by invitation and/or trial. Our team aim to perfect their floor and vault skills to enable them to compete in Beginner and intermediate competitions throughout Central Scotland during the year. They train more advanced gymnastics skills on all 4 apparatus. To achieve this there is a greater focus on body conditioning, strength and flexibility training, our competitive team train up to 5 hours per week across two venues.

Please find some of our most frequently asked questions below.

What should my child wear?

Leotard, T-shirt, shorts, leggings, or jogging bottoms. Club training leotards can be purchased here. Crop tops should be covered with a T-shirt. Gymnasts participate barefoot to reduce the risk of slipping. No jewellery is permitted during class, and long hair must be tied back securely for safety reasons.

Should my child bring a drink?

Gymnasts are encouraged to bring a drinks bottle with water or squash to hydrate as required during class time.

What age can my child start recreational gymnastics?

Our classes cater for school age children so as soon as they start Primary One they can be enrolled.

What are the term dates?

Our classes at Larbert High School run with school terms. We aim to continue our classes at Carron Gymnastics Centre over school holidays with the exception of Christmas/New Year.

Fees & Membership

Tuition fees are charged monthly and collected via Love Admin system. A one off fee for membership of the Club and Scottish Gymnastics is required for insurance purposes to participate in our classes. Contact us for class/membership costs.

Where can I purchase club clothing?

Our club Hoodies/T-shirts can be purchased directly from our supplier RJM here. Our Club Leotards from The Zone can be purchased here. We also have a supply of excellent condition pre-loved Club leotards that can be purchased for a competitive fee to contribute towards club funds.
