That’s a Wrap for 2025
Our final classes of 2025 took place on 18th December 2025. Our classes for 2026 start back w/c 5th January 2026 at Larbert High School. What a fabulous year it has been for our gymnasts from our recreational gymnasts starting their gymnastics journey and learning new skills to our advanced gymnasts gaining more competition experience
Winter Wonderland Sparkle at CGA Gymnastics competition
19 of our gymnasts from our Advanced/Competitive classes ventured to Stirling on 6th December to a Winter Wonderland hosted by CGA. The academy was beautifully decorated with lots of festive cheer to remind us that Christmas is just around the corner. Our gymnasts demonstrated confident and classy performances which resulted in many medals and increased
Consistency at Cumbernauld Gymnastics Competition
10 of Tryst Gymnastics Club gymnasts took part in the Cumbernauld floor and vault competition on 8th November. Another fun day of competition was had by all with 17 medals and 7 top 6 ribbons won by the team. We had team members trying out new challenging skills in their routines for the first time.
