10 of Tryst Gymnastics Club gymnasts took part in the Cumbernauld floor and vault competition on 8th November. Another fun day of competition was had by all with 17 medals and 7 top 6 ribbons won by the team.
We had team members trying out new challenging skills in their routines for the first time. The standard of competition was very high on the day so to take away the number of placings was a testament to the gymnasts and their dedication to their preparation in the lead up to the event. Our gymnasts were able to adapt to the new apparatus at their new training location to perform beautiful gymnastics on the day.
Summary of awards: 8 Gold, 4 Silver, 5 Bronze Medals
7 Top 6 ribbons.
3 gymnasts were crowned Overall Champions in their age group/catergory:
Well Done to Helena, Holly and Nadia.
