Our final classes of 2025 took place on 18th December 2025. Our classes for 2026 start back w/c 5th January 2026 at Larbert High School. What a fabulous year it has been for our gymnasts from our recreational gymnasts starting their gymnastics journey and learning new skills to our advanced gymnasts gaining more competition experience
Winter Wonderland Sparkle at CGA Gymnastics competition
19 of our gymnasts from our Advanced/Competitive classes ventured to Stirling on 6th December to a Winter Wonderland hosted by CGA. The academy was beautifully decorated with lots of festive cheer to remind us that Christmas is just around the corner. Consistency at Cumbernauld Gymnastics Competition
10 of Tryst Gymnastics Club gymnasts took part in the Cumbernauld floor and vault competition on 8th November. Another fun day of competition was had by all with 17 medals and 7 top 6 ribbons won by the team. We had team members trying out new challenging skills in their routines for the first time.
Location Change for Thursday Classes
Our Thursday classes (Advanced and Competition Team) that currently take place at Carron Gymnastics Centre will be relocating permanently to Larbert High School from 30/10/25. During the October school break LHS will be refitted with high specification gymnastics equipment by Falkirk Council. This move will afford great benefits to our Tryst gymnasts as our club
Tranent Triumphs for Team Tryst
On 5th October 23 gymnasts from Tryst GC travelled East to Tranent for the Saltire Gymnastics Club Mega Event – Floor and Vault. Summer Holidays
Our Tuesday and Saturday classes at Larbert High have now concluded for the summer break as the school is closed in the evenings and on Saturdays. Classes are due to resume at Larbert High School from Tuesday 19th August. If there are any changes to this we will advise our members by email. Classes held
Tryst’s Big Fun Run – June 25
20 of our gymnasts from across all our classes braved the hot weather on the evening of the 19th June to take part in Tryst’s Big Fun Run. This purpose of this event was to raise funds for the Club to support our Trainee Assistant Coaches to undertake training to obtain their Coaching Qualifications. It
Kudos at Kirkcaldy Gymnastics Clubs Annual Floor & Vault Competition.
On the 15th March our Competition team and 3 gymnasts from our Advanced class crossed the Forth to Kirkcaldy GC’s Floor & Vault Competition. Classy at Cumbernauld Floor & Vault Gymnastics Competition
Our Competition Team headed to Cumbernauld GC on the 8th of March for their Floor and Vault competition. Our gymnasts really enjoy competing in this competition as the routine criteria differs from the majority of floor & vault competitions with the chance to compete more advanced skills. Easter Holidays dates at Larbert High School venue 2025
Our Larbert High school venue closes for the Easter therefore our classes taking place at this venue will pause during the break.
