Our Competition team took our first trip east to Tranent on 6th October to the home of Saltire Team Gymnastics Club. What a successful day it was. Saltire were the perfect hosts with a very well run competition. Our gymnasts, channelled their nerves into a positive and adjusted well to the apparatus. Many of our gymnasts performed new routines and vaults with placings and medals won. Beautiful performances from all our gymnasts. Well done!
We finished the day with 2 Overall Champions in the 12/13 Beginner (Poppy) and Intermediate (Cristina) categories and 12/13 Team champions (Bella, Nadia, Poppy).
Medal haul included 6 Golds, 7 silvers, 4 bronze. 3x 4th place, 4x 5th place, 3x 7th place.
