On 9th March our competitive gymnasts travelled West to Cumbernauld to compete in their Floor and Vault competition for the first time since 2019 and what a great day it was for all.
This is a friendly competition hosted by a successful and well organised team. It allowed our gymnasts to showcase some new challenging skills they have been working on and to try out new vaults. Our gymnasts demonstrated great determination and poise to scoop multiple medals. The change in equipment really suited our gymnasts and sent them soaring in their flips, somersaults, aerials and handsprings!
Our team came back to Larbert with 9 Golds, 6 Bronze, 3x 4th place, 1x 5th place & 3x 6th place. Well done to all our gymnasts, your Coaches are super proud.
